1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Pintar Labs website at pintarla.world and your participation in any Pintar Labs programme. By accessing our website or enrolling in a programme, you agree to these Terms. If you have questions, please contact us at [email protected] before proceeding.

Pintar Labs is operated by Pintar Labs (Registration pending), a company based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Our registered address is Jalan Tun Razak 58, 50400 Kuala Lumpur.

2. Eligibility

Our programmes are open to individuals aged 18 and above. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly accept enrolments from minors. If you enrol on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Programme Enrolment

Enrolment in a Pintar Labs programme is confirmed once we have received your completed enrolment form and full payment. We will send a confirmation email to the address you provide. Places in each cohort are limited, and submission of an enquiry form does not itself constitute enrolment.

Pintar Labs reserves the right to decline an enrolment or to remove a learner from a programme if their conduct is inconsistent with the respectful environment we work to maintain. In such cases, a proportional refund will be considered at our discretion.

4. Fees and Payment

Programme fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of all materials referenced in the programme description. Fees are due in full before the programme start date unless a separate written arrangement has been agreed. We accept bank transfer and other payment methods detailed in your enrolment confirmation.

We do not store payment card information on our servers. Any card transactions are processed by a third-party payment provider subject to their own security and privacy standards.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

We understand that circumstances change. Our refund approach is as follows:

• More than 14 days before programme start: Full refund, less a RM 50 administration fee.
• 7 to 14 days before programme start: 50% refund of the programme fee.
• Fewer than 7 days before programme start: No refund, though we will do our best to offer a transfer to a future cohort where one is available.
• After programme commencement: No refund. Materials and mentor time already committed cannot be recovered.

To request a cancellation, please email [email protected] with your name and enrolment reference. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 14 working days.

6. Programme Changes and Cancellation by Pintar Labs

We occasionally need to adjust programme dates, content, or mentors. We will notify enrolled learners of any material changes by email with as much notice as possible. If we cancel a programme before it begins, enrolled learners will receive a full refund of fees paid. If a programme is interrupted after commencement for reasons within our control, we will offer a fair resolution, which may include a partial refund or transfer to a rescheduled cohort.

7. Intellectual Property

All programme materials — including videos, written notes, exercises, datasets, and assessments — are the intellectual property of Pintar Labs. You may use them for your own learning. You may not reproduce, share, resell, or distribute them to others without our written permission.

Work you produce during a programme (projects, code, analyses) remains yours. We may ask for your permission to share anonymised examples of learner work for educational or promotional purposes; we will always seek your consent first.

8. Acceptable Use

We ask all learners to engage with our community in a respectful and constructive way. The following are not acceptable:

• Sharing programme materials outside the cohort without permission.
• Behaviour that is disrespectful, harassing, or exclusionary toward other learners or staff.
• Using programme resources for commercial activity not agreed with Pintar Labs.
• Misrepresenting your identity or credentials during enrolment.

Pintar Labs may suspend or end your access if these expectations are not met, and will consider whether a refund is appropriate based on the circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pintar Labs provides educational content and mentoring with care. However, we make no representations about outcomes — employment, income, or career progression — that may result from completing a programme. Learning outcomes depend on many individual factors beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Pintar Labs's liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant programme.

10. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, introduce malicious code, or scrape or harvest content without permission. We reserve the right to restrict access to the website at any time.

Our website may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites and linking does not imply endorsement.

11. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. By enrolling in a programme or submitting an enquiry, you acknowledge that you have read and understood that policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. We would always prefer to resolve concerns informally in the first instance — please reach out to us before initiating any formal proceedings.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. For material changes, enrolled learners will be notified by email. Continued use of our website or participation in our programmes after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
